Weekly Recap - 11/14/2024

Dr. Ahmed continued his enlightening Friday halaqa on the Story of Prophet Musa, providing valuable insights and reflections from this remarkable narrative. Attendees gained a deeper understanding of Prophet Musa's journey, challenges, and his steadfast faith in Allah.

On Saturday, Dr. Asif Hirani conducted a thought-provoking workshop titled "Islam vs. Modern Idols: Exploring the '-isms' and '-ologies'." This session challenged participants to critically examine modern ideologies, such as materialism and secularism, and discuss their impact on our faith and values.

Additionally, the Sports Committee launched its first of four sessions for the "Introduction to Archery" program, drawing interest from youth and adults alike. Participants were introduced to archery techniques and safety, fostering physical skill and discipline.

This week was filled with opportunities for learning, reflection, and growth, catering to the spiritual, intellectual, and physical development of our community. We look forward to more enriching activities in the coming week!
